This Code of Practice and all updates will be issued to each person intending to work in the BSL-3
isolation facility. BSL-3 users must read, understand, accept, and adhere to all the rules herein.
A signed form from each authorized user noting receipt, understanding, and acceptance of the Code
of Practice will be maintained in Wistar's Safety Office. Failure to follow the rules of the Code of
Practice may result in serious accident. Anyone failing to follow this Code will be ineligible to use
the BSL-3 facility further.
